Yes. Foreigners can own property in Thailand through a 30-year leasehold structure (renewable, and the most common route for villa buyers), or via a Thai Limited Company for freehold title. Bay Villas guides all buyers through the most appropriate legal structure for their situation, and works with experienced local property lawyers.
